Fabric Fuse Fabric Tassels

  If you have lots of scraps, here's a fun way to use some of them up.   Start by tearing scraps into 1" strips.  Once you have some strips torn, wither sew or fabric fuse the two ends together. Use a piece of cardstock or cardboard the desired length of the finished tassel.
