Hello Crafty Friends!!
4 Ways to Use Deco Foil for Unity Card Fronts

Larissa here today to share the NEW Deco Foil and Unity Toner Card Fronts!! They’re available in 6 different designs with 8 sheets per package!! I just LOVE these and there are SO MANY ways to use them!! I’ll be sharing 4 ways to create with them today!!

SWOON!! I just LOVE the Butterfly Design and I want to share 3 different ways to use them!!

You can use ANY of the Designs with these same techniques!! Let’s get started!!

Butterfly Fly Away Card Front

I started by Coloring the Butterfly Panel with Copic Markers!! I used Butterflies: YR00, YR02 & YR68  Y11,Y15 & YR23  and N0 & N3  Sky: B0000 & B00

Next, I foiled the Panel with a Piece of Black Deco Foil Transfer Sheet!! I have a Minc Laminating Machine and I’ve found that Setting 3 is PERFECT for any of the Toner Sheets!! I removed the Negative and I wanted to show how you can actually create 3 different cards with just one Toner Card Panel!! Talk about MAXIMIZING your supplies!! So SAVE that Negative piece, we’ll use it later!!

For the center of the Card Panel, I wanted to add a Deco Foiled Flocked Butterfly!! So I adhered some Easy Cut Adhesive to the front side of some Gina K Designs Black Onyx Cardstock and then adhered the Black Velvet Deco Foil Flock Sheets to the top of the Easy Cut Adhesive covered Cardstock and ran it through my Die Cutting Machine to burnish it!! I then Die Cut the Pretty Pink Posh Butterfly!!

I LOVE the look of the Flocked Butterfly!! I wanted to tie it together with the Butterfly Background so I Die Cut the Butterfly again only this time I used the Easy Cut Adhesive Sheet and some Gina K Designs Luxury White Cardstock!! I Die Cut the Butterfly and then colored the Cut-Out areas using the same Copic Markers that I used to Color the Background!! Once it was all colored I adhered the Flocked Butterfly to the top of the Colored Die Cut using some iCraft Ultra Bond Liquid Adhesive!!

For the Sentiment Circles, I Die Cut the Circles from some Gina K Designs Luxury White Cardstock and some Black Onyx Cardstock!! Then I inked the White Cardstock Circles with some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and added some Water Splatters for some Texture!! I too the Simon Says Stamp and C Designs Stamp Set and Stamped the Sentiment around the Circle 4 Times using my MISTI Stamping Tool in MFT Grout Grey Ink!! Then I adhered the Flocked Butterfly Image to the center of the circle with a small piece of Foam Tape just to the center of the Body!! I adhered the entire Sentiment Circle to the Card Panel using more Foam Tape!! A few Pearls and Jewels were added using Zots Bling Adhesive Dots to finish off the design and I LOVE how it turned out!!

For the Next Card, I started with the Negative Foil piece leftover from Foiling the Deco Foil & Unity Stamps Toner Card Panel!! I applied it over a piece of Deco Foil Toner Sheets and ran it through the Laminating Machine!!

It’s hard to see, but you can just barely see the Foiled Butterflies on the Toner Sheet!! Then I cut a piece of Deco Foil in Rainbow Shattered Glass and placed it over top of the Butterflies on the Toner Sheet and ran it through my Laminating Machine again!! SWOON!!

Just look at those results!! I LOVE that you can so EASILY use the Negative Pieces to create another Card!! NOTHING goes to waste!! Now SAVE that Rainbow Shattered Glass Negative too as we’re going to use that to create our next Card!! I Die Cut the Card Panel out and then adhered it to a White A2 Cardbase using some iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive!!

Then I created another Flocked Butterfly just like I did above!! Only this time I created another one that I Die Cut from some Easy Cut Adhesive backed Cardstock that I layered with some Toner Sheets that I foiled with some more of the Rainbow Shattered Glass Foil to coordinate with the Foiled Background!!

I created the same Die Cut and Stamped Circle Sentiment Piece and adhered the Flocked and Foiled Butterfly Die Cut to the center using some Foam Tape just to adhered the Body of the Butterfly to the Center of the Circle!! I adhered it to the center of the Card Panel and added some Jewels using some Zots Bling Adhesive Dots!!

I adhered the Negative Rainbow Shattered Glass Foil piece to a piece of Deco Foil Toner Sheets and ran it through the Laminating Machine!! The one on the right shows the results!! So you can see the Positive and the Negative of the Rainbow Shattered Glass Foil after Foiling the Unity Stamps Toner Card Panel!! Three Cards in one Design!! Isn’t that AWESOME!!?? NOTHING goes to waste and you have Three UNIQUE Cards to send in no time at all!!

I repeated the exact same process as both cards above in order to create the Sentiment Circles and the Flocked and Foiled Die Cut Butterflies!! I adhered them to the Die Cut Panel in the exact same way and finished off the Card using more Jewels adhered with Zots Bling Adhesive Dots!! I just LOVE the way these turned out and I really get EXCITED knowing that NOTHING foes to waste and I can create so many UNIQUE Cards using every piece of that BEAUTIFUL Deco Foil!!

I Colored the Panel with Copic Markers Flowers: R00, R11 & R22   Y11, Y15 & YR23   Background: B0000 & B00!! Then I Foiled the Design using some Iridescent Deco Foil by cutting a piece of the Foil and Running it through my Laminating Machine!! I wanted to add some Black Soot Distress Paint Splattered for some Texture and then let it dry!! I Die Cut a Scalloped Frame from some Blue Cardstock and then adhered the Foiled Card Panel to the Scalloped Frame using some iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive!!
I Die Cut a Circle from some White Cardstock and Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment in the Center of the Card using some Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink that I Embossed with some WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! I then added some Abandoned Coral Distress Ink to the Center of the Circle using an Ink Dauber to help make the sentiment POP!! I DIe ut a Black Circle Layer and adhered the Sentiment Circle to the center of the Black Circle using some iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive!! I applied the Sentiment Circle to the Card Panel using some Gina K Designs Foam Tape and adhered some Jewels using some Zots Bling Adhesive Dots to finish off the Design!!
