Deco Foil Splatters for Unique Halloween Card Instructions:

It was so easy to create this creepy Halloween card using a combination of Brutus Monroe and Therm O Web products.

Use the Deco Foil Transfer Gel over a Brutus Monroe stencil on top of Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web black cardstock. Once dry (you will know because it will be clear) run through a laminator with Gina K. Designs for Therm O Web Sweet Mango Foil.

To create splatters on a die cut circle, press down on the iCraft Deco Foil Adhesive Pen on a scratch piece of paper and pick the excess back up with the pen nib. Then hit the side of pen to platter the adhesive onto the orange circle. Once dry, run through the laminator with Black Deco Foil.
