Hello!  It’s Lorrie, here.  I am so excited to be here!

Can you believe Easter is almost here?  Wow, the time is flying by!  I decided I needed a few Easter Gift bags.  These are pretty simple and great projects for the beginner sewist.

Easter Bunny Bag with HeatnBond Lite Adhesive

They are the perfect size for those Easter Gifts that are a little too big for the traditional Easter Basket.

Isn’t that pom pom the cutest!?!?!   I used my Cricut Maker to cut the felt bunny, but you could also cut it by hand.  I applied HeatnBond Lite Adhesive to the back of the felt prior to cutting it and it made ironing it as easy as 1-2-3, CUT, PEEL, IRON.

I wanted to change it up with some non-traditional Easter colors, so I made this Red, White and Blue version.  Pretty fun!!!

I’ve got a step by step video tutorial for you.  I’d love to see what color combinations you pick.

This pattern/design is perfect for all kinds of projects and occasions!

Don’t worry if you don’t have the Cricut Maker, you can still follow the tutorial and cut it out by hand. It’s super simple to cut the six rectangles it takes to assemble the bag.

The bunny bag was very cute but I couldn’t find the bunny.

Hi..the SVG file link is right above the video. If you do not have an electronic cutter…you can hand-cut a simply bunny shape as well.
