Hi all! It’s Ellen here popping in with another inspirational post for the collaboration between ThermOWeb and Pink and Main.

In this post, I want to show you three ways how to use Deco Foil Toner Sheets to create Holiday Cards. You may have seen these ideas before, but I thought it was fun to revisit them again.

Holiday Cards

Since we are talking about the Toner Sheets, I first transferred foil on them. I used the Brutus Monroe for Deco Foil Designer Toner Sheets Winter Wonder, Static and Ornamental and the Brutus Monroe Foil Transfer Sheets Red Static, Gold Static and Green Sketch.

1. A Shaker Card

The first card I created with the Toner Sheets was a shaker card.

A shaker card is really easy and fun to create…

To make this I glued the Toner Sheet on the back of a cut-out frame with the Memory Tape Runner XL. The 3D White Foam Sticky Strips 1/2 In is perfect to add foam on the sides to be able to create a shaker.

It looks fabulous with the woolly alpaca.

2. A Window Card

The next idea is to use the Toner Sheets as a window on your card.

The window creates a special focal point on your card. The fact that it’s foiled gives extra interest.

I did cut out a heart out of the card base and paper background. Of course, I did cut out a bigger heart from Toner Sheet. To create the window I placed the Toner Sheets in between the card base and the paper background.

By adding a few more elements the card is finished.

3. Foiled Card

The last card is maybe the easiest one to make.

On this card, we used the Toner Sheet as a base to add a foiled background to the card.

By creating a Distressed background that has the same measurements you give more color to the background. The Toner Sheet is a transparent sheet and therefore it can use a spark of color too.

The last card is the most adorable with the alpaca’s on top.

Thanks for stopping by today! You can find more inspiration on the blog tomorrow.
