The first thing you want to do is print out the St. Patrick’s Day Free Printable using a laser printer. This type of ink will allow the Deco Foil to adhere to it when you run it through a laminator.

Trim the cards to size using a paper trimmer. These are sized to 3×4 inches if you print them at actual size using the PDF. They can easily be enlarged on your printer if you select the PNG option. By enlarging them, these could easily be turned into a framed home decor piece!

Deco Foil Fun

The next step is to foil each image using Deco Foil Transfer Sheet in your choice of green. Did you know Therm O Web has 5 different colors of green foil: Emerald Watercolor, Lime, Spring Green, Green and Jade? For these cards, Green Deco Foil was used to achieve a more traditional color palette.

Once the designs have gone through the laminator, peel back the transfer sheet to reveal the foiled image.

For the base of the card, cut a piece of white cardstock and a piece of Deco Foil Hot Melt to 3.25 x 4.25 inches each. Place the cardstock on the bumpy side of the Hot Melt and run it through the laminator. Because the Hot Melt is a bit flimsy, adhering it to the cardstock makes it sturdier and easier to cut. Now, make sure to peel off the liner. Place a piece of Gold Shattered Glass Deco Foil on top and run it through the laminator to adhere the foil.
