My book is all about using Heat-n-Bond lite with the cut away method. So you can create soft shapes to use on quilts you are going to cuddle up with! Who wants a stiff shape to snuggle under?

This is a page from my book where I show you step by step how to create amazing applique.

The Farmer’s Market quilt is one of my favorites!  My Grandmother worked at the Farmer’s market so I have a love affair with the sights and smells of the markets.

Later this summer I’ll be hosting a sew along to make this quilt!

You can see more photos from my book, with links to buy it. Also ask your favorite shop to carry my book!

I do all different kinds of applique. I love using heat and bond. I like doing picture types of applique such as Pat’s Farmers Market. We have a local farmers market that has been going strong for over 30 years.

What a fun book! If I won, I would finish several UFO’s that I gave up on because I did not like the applique technique. My favorite appliques seem to be flowers and butterflies and hummingbirds.
