Hi Friends, it is Dana here today! ! I hope you all are doing well and staying healthy. Today I am sharing a card that will be perfect to send to your child’s teacher to let them know how much you appreciate all that they have done. I am sure your school year did not end the way you had planned, but I know the teachers have been working extra hard to get online learning available to all their students. So what better way to say Thank You than with a card.

Teacher Card with Flock

Pixie Spray

I started my card by spraying the back of my star stencil with Pixie Spray. The Pixie Spray holds the stencil in place without leaving any residue, the perfect solution! Next, I applied Deco Foil Transfer Gel in Blanco to my stencil and card panel.

Once my Transfer Gel was dry, I ran it through my laminator with a Flock Transfer Sheet in White Latte. I love the texture the flock creates on a card panel, so fun!

Next, I began working on my focal image. I used the Lawn Fawn stamp set So Owlsome. I stamped my images in black ink and colored them with my Copic markers. I then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I die cut a scalloped circle frame and used the Gina K Designs Permanent Adhesive and Foam Squares to attach my images to my circle.

To finish my card I attached my focal images to my card front with iCraft Ultra Bond Adhesive. This adhesive has a stronghold and works great to attach something to a flocked background.

Thanks for joining me today! I hope I inspired you to create a Thank You card for a teacher. Being a former kindergarten teacher myself, I know it will be appreciated.

Take Care,

Dana
