Jen Chesnick- Merry Christmas- TOW

Hi everyone! Jen Chesnick here today with two new projects featuring Little Yellow Bicycle and Thermoweb!  Printers trays are one of my go to gift ideas and with the holidays fast approaching I’ve made several so far.  I like to embellish the top of the tray rather than the insides (if that makes sense!)  To do this I use A LOT of 3D foam.  I start by cutting down my 12×12 paper into 4×6 sections and attached it with our tape runner XL.  Then I layered up the foam, 4 times to be exact.

The foam is has such a good hold that I then directly applied my large die-cut tree.  Stacking the foam gave it a nice firm base and a tight bond.

From there I embelished as if it were a page.  I used lots more 3D foam strips to attach the flowers and title.  I love the dimension!

For holiday creating I do a lot with altered and 3D items.  They are a fun way to redecorate without breaking the budget.  For my trees I cut them with my cameo (3 times) and connected them simply with the Tape Runner XL.  I added a few embellishments and done!  They took longer to cut out then they did putting them together.

I absolutely love the printer’s tray and the litle Christmas album! I adore Thermo web products! It is so much easier to make a project when you know everything is going to stay put! Thanks for the inspiration!
